Fall 2025 Volunteer Policy & Roles
Evergreen Little League
Fall 2025 Volunteer Policy & Roles
Evergreen Little League is powered entirely by volunteers. To keep our league running smoothly, every family is asked to contribute time during the season. These requirements are divided by division to make sure responsibilities are fair and manageable.
Together, these efforts ensure a safe, fun, and well-organized season for our players.
Volunteer Deposit & Buyout Options
Volunteer Deposit
The $150 volunteer deposit will be returned once all assigned requirements are completed.
Buyout Option
Families who prefer not to volunteer may choose the $150 buy-out option by surrendering their deposit.
Deadline
All requirements must be fulfilled by the last scheduled Field Prep Day. Families who do not complete tasks by this deadline forfeit their deposit.
